Where can I purchase the patterns?
PDF PATTERNS: May be purchased here on this website. After checkout, your pattern will be available for immediate download. You will have 2 downloads available for 30 days in case your pattern is misplaced in your files.
PDF patterns can also be found in the Kiralyns Needlearts Etsy Shop.
PAPER PATTERNS: May be purchased on this website and will ship in 3 to 5 days, except on Sunday’s and Holiday’s.
TO MAKE A PURCHASE: Choose the pattern format you wish to purchase and use the add to cart button. You will receive email confirmation of your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal and major credit cards are accept, plus apple and google pay.
All prices are in U.S. currency. If you would like to convert your currency to U.S. dollars, the Universal Currency Converter provides this service for you.
Orders will only be posted to the address shown on the PayPal account at the time of purchase.

Do you accept returns?
Because all items are described as accurately as possible, no refunds or returns will be given due to the copyright of the artist.
What are your shipping terms?
USA – All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service with insurance and tracking provided.
All orders will generally be shipped every Friday.
No International shipping for paper patterns at this time. We would suggest ordering from a shop that offers worldwide shipping.
PDF patterns are available worldwide.
