General Information

All KiraLyns Needlearts patterns are available on this website.

Some patterns can be found at various Needlework shops across the country. You can check the Where to Buy Page to see a partial list of shops, otherwise it it best to check with your local shop and request they get in touch with us to begin carrying our patterns.

When we send a pattern to a local shop as a shop exclusive, it is available to them for 1 month before it is added to this website.

The shop exclusives are not available in the Etsy shop.

Because our finishing kits are limited they can only be found on this website. At this time the local shops and Etsy will not have them.

Shipping Information

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHART:

Please allow up to 14 days for processing & mailing time of domestic orders. During exceptionally busy times (September - December) orders can take additional time for processing, due to higher volume of orders.

Economy Mail

Up to $15.00 - $6.00

$15.01 to $50.00 - $7.00

$50.01 to -$75.00 - $8.00

$75.01 to $100.00 - $9.00

Priority Mail

Up to $15.00 - $11.00

$15.01 to $50.00 - $12.00

$50.01 to $75.00 - $13.00

$75.01 to $100.00 - $14.00

$100.01 and up - Free Shipping

*Note All packages are shipped with insurance and a tracking number.

Please note - KiraLyns Needlearts only ships to USA addresses. We do not offer
international sales of any kind. If you are an international customer, please purchase from our Etsy store HERE or ask your local shop to request our patterns.

Returns and Customer Service

Please know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction. We will be happy to assist you!

Patterns are available in both printed chart and PDF/download formats. All sales are final. Embellishments are not available with the PDF format.

All orders are processed securely online through Shopify. You can select to pay with a Credit Card or with PayPal during checkout. PayPal accepts Debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well!

Yes, if you live in Colorado where we operate. We are required to collect 2.9% sales tax for all orders shipped within Colorado.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we will never sell your information to a 3rd party and do not keep payment information. All payment transactions are conducted on and collected using 128 bit SSL encryption on secured servers using state of the art technology that meets all industry standards for security and is PCI compliant. We also accept payment through PayPal, a secure internet funds transfer service.
